All our pieces are originally hand-crafted, moulded then hand-poured and hand-finished. Any subtle, surface irregularities that may occur, as a result of these un-mechanised processes, should not be considered as “flaws” or “imperfections” but either as ‘the mark of the maker’ or being characteristic to the ‘raw’ aesthetic and natural appeal, which is the style we strive for, and celebrate! Each piece is, however, individually checked for obvious visual or structural faults, which might compromise the actual form, function or quality.
Your order will be processed and then shipped, within a day (provided the next day doesn't fall on a weekend or public holiday), after confirmation of payment has been received.
If you are unhappy with your goods, please let us know immediately. You can return them unused, and in the condition that you received them, within 7 days of receipt, for a full refund. The buyer is responsible for the original shipping costs and the cost of the return postage for international orders. Shipping of orders within South Africa are free but the cost of the shipping for returns will be paid for by the customer themselves. We recommend that returns are sent by registered mail as we cannot accept responsibility should your returns go missing.
