This charming necklace makes reference to the tendency of some primitive and African tribes finding, supposedly worthless, bits and bobs and stringing them together in a precious and revering way. Britannia metal (lead-free pewter) on lightly waxed, pure cotton ribbon. A simple toggle-style clasp allows the option for the necklace to be wrapped twice or three times around the neck, for shorter versions... or even around the wrist a number of times.
